Spotlight on Words: Virtue
A good habit of the intellect or will that enables one to perform an action with ease and competence.
Some virtues are developed by practice, such as the virtues of prudence, temperance, justice or fortitude, while others are infused by God, such as the virtues of faith, hope and charity.
Virtue brings to fulfillment the powers and abilities that one possesses.
